Reporting a wrong price
Pump prices come from an external feed and occasionally go stale or wrong. Mail us the station name, town and the price you actually paid, and we will check the reading. You can also use the “report price” link next to a recommendation, which fills the message in for you.
Subscription and billing
Premium is billed by Sonneveld Communicatie & Advies through Stripe. You can cancel or change your plan yourself in the customer portal from your account page. Refund requests fall under our refund policy; invoices are issued through Stripe.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction and deletion requests go to the same address. What we store and why is set out in the privacy notice; you can delete your account yourself from your account page at any time.
