Terms & Conditions

Tankmapper is a service of Sonneveld Communicatie & Advies ("we", "us"), established in the Netherlands. By using Tankmapper you enter into an agreement with Sonneveld Communicatie & Advies.

1. Acceptance

By visiting the site, creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms. You confirm you are of legal age, or authorised to bind the organisation you act for.

2. The service

Tankmapper plans routes past fuel stations and shows fuel prices and estimated costs based on public sources (including pump prices, open vehicle data, OSRM and OpenStreetMap). Prices and routes are guidance only; we do not guarantee they are complete, current or error-free. Always check the price at the pump.

3. Account and data

• Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service. Prohibited use includes:

• unlawful use, fraud or spam;
• infringing intellectual property rights;
• interfering with security (malware, probing, automated scraping);
• reverse engineering, resale or circumventing technical limits.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the service, software, design, branding and documentation remain with Sonneveld Communicatie & Advies or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your chosen plan.

6. Availability

We aim for good availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages at external data sources or force majeure may limit the service.

7. Payment, subscription and taxes

Tankmapper Premium is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) that renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Sonneveld Communicatie & Advies is the seller of Tankmapper Premium. Payments are processed securely by our payment provider Stripe; we never store your card details. VAT is calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice. Questions about payment, billing, cancellation or refunds are handled by us at the email address shown in the app.

8. Refunds

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated violations. You can delete your account at any time, which deletes your stored data.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event. Indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, data, goodwill) are excluded. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury. You indemnify us against claims arising from your unlawful use or breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent Dutch courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer law. We may assign this agreement on merger or acquisition; you may assign only with our consent. We are excused from performance during force majeure.
