Not happy with Tankmapper Premium? You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No reason required.
We process refunds through our payment provider Stripe. The amount is returned to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.
You can cancel at any time from the Premium page in the app or through the customer portal. You keep access until the end of the paid period and are not charged again.
Charged for a renewal you did not intend? Contact us within 30 days and we will sort it out.
